What to Expect

Each student will work  in a fun, hands-on environment led by our Chef instructor to create dishes  from start to finish, from recipes that were designed for the specific class. Your chef instructor will teach the proper techniques to elevate your cooking. Then you’ll enjoy a full meal of what you created in class.

Cooking classes are conducted in our state of the art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen. Classes are roughly 2-2.5 hours, unless otherwise noted.

Wine, beer and soft drinks are for sale (sorry, no BYOB).

Students receive a 10% discount to shop before or after class for in-house purchases. Cash or credit card is accepted.

Food Allergies

If your child has any dietary restrictions or allergies, PLEASE add that info in the order notes area or call us at 630-395-9958 at least 1 day in advance. We can not make any substitutions the day of class. Thank you for understanding.


Please wear comfortable closed-toe shoes and tie back long hair. ​Students will be provided an apron to wear.

**Due to COVID, everyone is required to wear masks at all times other than when drinking and eating.
Class sizes are reduced and we practice social distancing to keep everyone safe.

Cancellation Policy: We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class and we will provide a credit to your account to be used towards a future class. Refunds are not provided. If you do not cancel prior to 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class.
